How to enroll your student at aphs:

Thank you for your interest in Albert Powell High School. 
 
Do you want to apply for a referral to attend APHS?
APHS is a referral-only school. Make an appointment to meet with your school counselor to discuss your needs and options for credit recovery. The counselor will then determine if you qualify for a referral to APHS. Our enrollments are scheduled every six (6) weeks, leaving plenty of opportunities for enrollment.
 
Requirements for a Referral to APHS:
  • Students must be at least 16 years of age
  • Students must be in enrolled in grades 10th-12th
  • Students must have satisfactory attendance
  • Students must be enrolled in a Yuba City Unified School District High School
 
Approved Referrals: If your student is accepted into Albert Powell High School, you will receive a phone call from APHS to schedule an appointment to meet with the administrator. Both Parent/Guardian AND student are required to be present during these meetings.
